Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Term and Enrollment
Your membership takes effect immediately upon enrollment and successful payment. The membership period is valid for 12 continuous months from the date of purchase. Currently, all memberships are processed as one-time annual payments. We will notify you prior to expiration to manually renew your plan for the following year.

2. Scheduling and Visits
All maintenance visits included in your chosen plan must be completed within your active 12-month membership term. Appointments are scheduled based on standard operating hours and technician availability. We encourage members to schedule visits well in advance.

3. Discounts and Repair Credits
Any service discounts or repair credits associated with your plan are valid exclusively during an active membership term. Repair credits hold no cash value, cannot be exchanged for currency, and cannot be refunded.

4. Rollover Policy
Unused maintenance visits, discounts, and repair credits expire at the end of your 12-month term. They do not roll over or accumulate into subsequent membership years.

5. Exclusions and Additional Costs
Membership plans cover only the specific checks, cleanings, and tune-ups detailed in your selected tier. Any required repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, or additional services outside the defined scope of the plan will be quoted and billed separately.

6. Pre-Existing Conditions
Routine maintenance services are designed for preventative care and do not include the correction, repair, or diagnosis of pre-existing equipment failures or systemic HVAC issues present prior to your first maintenance visit.

7. Multi-System Homes
Membership pricing is based on a standard single-system configuration unless otherwise specified. Homes with multiple HVAC systems or specialized setups may require separate coverage or adjusted pricing.

8. Home Warranty Disclaimer
While consistent maintenance is critical for equipment health, holding an active membership plan does not guarantee approval, authorization, or coverage by any third-party home warranty company.

By purchasing a maintenance plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
